  • Customer and deliverymen data

  • Data from persons among the fan representative, merchandising and ticketing departments, and other with the consent of the person(s) being transferred

6. Purpose of Data Collection, Processing or Use:

Data from the data category ‘Nr. 5’ is collected, processed and used for the following purposes:

  • Performance and fulfilment of data from contracts: purchase contracts, service agreements, licence agreements:
  • Employee data to fulfil all legal obligations
  • Processing of requests
  • Payroll
  • Accounting / Checking

7. Recipients or group, to whom data may be disclosed:

  • Public authorities in accordance with legal regulations External customers and contract providers, as well as service providers from data processing fields, according to § 11 BDSG
  • Internal departments and other external agencies to fulfil the above purposes

8. Statutory Periods for Deletion of Data:

The legislature has enacted various retention obligations and retention periods. After the passing of these dates, relevant data will be routinely deleted after it is no longer required for the fulfilment of a contract. Wherever data is not required, it will be deleted if it’s purpose has been served.

9. Planned Data transfer to third parties:

Disclosure of data or information to third parties is prohibited.
